A Tier 3 college with low Fee structure

B.tech CSE is currently in boom it generates 60 % more jobs compared to others . Or I have a slight attraction too towards software Engineer Course and curriculum in SSTC is upto AICTE standard so academic is good but major problem will be campus placements . I still didn't know why they teach workshop, Engineering drawing , chemistry etc subjects to CSE students and there shouldn't be any attendance criteria overall. We have our odd semester exams during Dec-Jan and even Semester exam During june-july . These exams are not much difficult if you had studied properly not too much just enough you will score good marks .

Students are eligible for placement from 7 th semester. By jus, TCS, cognizant , Infosys and many more companies have visited and highest 33 LPA was offered and highest package is 12 LPA. 50% students are getting placed this is college data which they gave us during admission. My plan is to just get the degree and try off campus for placement.

So the Fee structure is Rs 40,000 per semester and college doesn't provide any perticular scholarship but there are certain government scholarship for st,sc and obc students which college helps you to get . Tution didn't increase once you took admission you will pay same fees for all 8 semester. Complete cost of my education will be 3.2 lakhs rupees tution fees exam fees library fees and other miscellaneous charges combined. College didn't provide scholarship but it helps ST,SC and OBC students to get government scholarships. There are no campus employments opportunities.

Annual Fest which occurs here is Samvid conducted usually during February-March after the odd Semester. But not being conduct after covid so we hope it will be conducted in 2025. College Central library is very big contains books of very wide range you can get almost all kind of books . Technical provision within class rooms are average every class has a smart board and labs have a good qualities of desktops . Sports are generally conducted during the cultural fest almost every sports tournament is being conduct from cricket, basketball, volleyball to chess , singing,dancing competition hackathons and many more. College have several clubs Such as Ecell , music club and many more which conduct several activities throughout the year and give some relief from academic tension and pressure.

Hostel is pretty good there are two hostels separate for first year students and rest of students. Rooms in junior hostel contains 4 students and has Toilet bathroom attached in each rooms other than that we get a seperate almirah a study table and a chair. We have a good quality of meal . Fast food or South Indian dishes in breakfast. High in protein cereals or beans or soya chunks in lunch and green vegetables at night and we get a special meal in Sunday lunch which contains pullav , fried rice, fried dal , Matar paneer , Some sweet kheer or halua , And poori. Registration for hostel are generally done with admission and fees is 60,000 per year .

Minimum 65% in 10+2 and other than that maximum seats are filled with CGPET examination. CGPET application can be find in cgvyapam.in and it has zero application fees It generally takes application during April . It conduct exam in May and results within 20-25 days you can get admission in any colleges you want in Chhattisgarh through this exam. This exam is comparatively easier than JEE mains. Colleges in which you get seats are teir 2-3 colleges are generally not very good. So consider this exam as your second option.
