Course Curriculum Overview
the aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is that there were practical subjects also like pcat which was related to computer hardware and installations of component of a computer.by the use of practicality of these curriculum a student get ready for the real world situations. the area to improve is to involve more student interactive curriculum not a theory based .difficulty of exams are moderate and easily passable
Fees and Financial Aid
tuition fees is fixed as 52000/- per semseter and there is no hikes or increase policy in it. the complete tuition fees of 3yrs is 356000.the hostel fees is 60000 per semester. bus transport fees is 28000 first yr ,38000 second yr and 48000 in the third yr.national scholarships are applied in the university .
Campus Life
there are multiple events happening over the year in the campus multiple celebrities comes to university for promotions of their films , songs etc. culture fest happens regularly . llibrary is available for evry department.
Admission
admission process is considerably very easy as , there was only less criteria as bca students should only have 50% marks in our 12th exams and there is only a screening interview to get inside the university. the application form can be easily acessed from the official chitkara university website. application fees is 1100rs and application was to be filled before month of june. reservation is done on the basis of first come first serve and once application fees is submitted the seat get reserved. there is no enterance exam but a interview is taken by the officials. area which should be improved is to getting a enterance exam.
