Course Curriculum Overview
My course is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. At first semester one course was tough and the teaching was also not good. The syllabus is high for an average first year student. The exams was good.
Internships Opportunities
In our we ourself are going to internship in different companies. I don't remember that out college is providing internship. May be for final years there might be internship. Final year students will do projects and present it to various companies and conferences.
Placement Experience
As an AI student we had placement training from 2nd Semester. Mostly salary packages will be from 6lpa to 10lpa. Yearly 80-90% students will be placed in different companies. Right now the placement has been reduced due to recession.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college is providing good scholarships for undergraduate students. All the low caste students avail scholarship. And also there is Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship for thise are excelled in academics. This is a good initiative.
Campus Life
Our college will conduct Yugam, a south India level techno cultural fest. It will be typically conducted during the month of March every year. We have separate sports areas for different sports.All the social media handles are being run by our college students
Hostel Facilities
Basically our hostel food is good. But the room size is not sufficient in first year rooms.No cupboard for dress organisation is provided. Hostel menu is often repeated. Overall safety in hostel is good.
Admission
I get into the admission process through general councelling. My cutoff was 191.5 from OBC category. After I got the provisional allotment I visited the college and filled the online application. Then I payed the fees and the seat was confirmed. Fees is collected as single payment.My suggestion is to collect either semester wise or as a half
