Course Curriculum Overview

I had multiple aspects that made me took this course. This course can help me in my future prospects. The frequency of exams is exams happen too frequently. A semester being of 5 months average , 3 exams: minor 1, 2 and major.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my duration, there hasn't been much increase in course fees or anything like that, meanwhile, they also provide scholarships to the top 10% of students of the course every semester on the basis of their marks in exams. The placement cell is good.

Campus Life

This campus is beautiful in many perspectives the major highlight of the campus being its greenery and cleanliness. The sports structure is mid tough but you can have decent participation in sports and co-curriculum activities.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are pretty nice considering the very low fees. The rooms are also decent and the bathrooms are hygienic enough for a hostel. There are also table tennis rooms in every hostel. some even have volleyball courts and badminton courts

Hostel Fee: INR 20000 per year

Admission

The Minimum eligibility for my course was a 12th pass when I tried to get admission, I got admission on the basis of 12th class marks, there was no qualification exam as it was scrapped that year due to COVID-19.

Overall a good University with below average placements.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placemnt after third year. total 8 companies from local Food and beverage companies and agriculture related companie came for campus placements. Most of the student didnt take offers from the companies because none of the companies were offering more than 15k to 18k per month I also didnt take the placement offer for the same reason and now i am thinking for further studies from somewhere that have good placements Out of 23 students who were eligible for placements only 3 accepted the offer.

CUJ is Cute!!

Placement Experience:

Placements aren't that good and for Zoology it's like the research roles in labs and under research professors so mostly a salary of 30-50k is what students of Zooly gets at our college and even DU stidnets get the same.

GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

Remarks:

A Good College Even though the college life seems like a fairy-tale to you, it is not. There are so many things that you have to be careful about when you are visiting a college and checking out its ambience. Don’t get influenced by the clean campuses that most of the colleges have; they purposely do it so that people like you get attracted to their appearance and join their team. If you don’t want to waste your hard earned money on the fees of the wrong college which spoils your fairy-tale dream, you might want to take admission in a college that’s good enough for students like you.

Nice and Unbiased review of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra

I have applied in many colleges and I also get seat in them but the only reason I use assembly because the college is close from my home. Just because of travelling purposes I choose this college. The admission process in our college is not very difficult. The only way to get admission in the college by csab counselling and by college internal counselling.The cut off of the branch is 60 percentile for general students.
