Library is great, the gym is free, swimming pool only at 400 a month, good food in mess. No rigidity in matters of attendance and a very beautiful and serene campus.
Almost no academic pressure and a lot of time to work on ourself

You can't dislike BHU. It has its charms. It is full of life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus for each semester is of progressive nature. I had to change my course from Science to Arts and BHU offered a syllabus design that was very easy to transform. Topics become more advanced each semester. Exams are held regularly and without any administrative difficulties. Course curriculum and teaching methods are very friendly and doesn't put any academic pressure on students.

Class Size: 600Course Fees: INR 2175 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

One of the cheapest universities. The fee for odd semesters is ?2100 and ?300 for even semesters. Mess charges would go around ?3500 per month and hostel charges are ?1680 per year. Earn While Learn scheme is active and it pays ?9000 for 40 days of work (1 hour max).

Campus Life

BHU Foundation Day is a grand event where each faculty presents its own tableau (just like the Republic Day Parade). BHU boasts one of the largest library and a equally magnificent seperate cyber library with 800+ computers. Smart classrooms are available along with normal rooms. Inter-Hostel and Inter-Faculty Competitions are held throughout the year. Many clubs are managed by students like Rhetorica for Debate, Mousiquee for music, etc

Hostel Facilities

24X7 electricity and water supply in hostels. Cleaning is done daily. We are free to choose from any of mess of any hostel inside BHU. We have to pay for food individually. Eat and Pay. Hostel is allocated to only top 100 in the merit list prepared on base of English and General Test score in CUET.

Hostel Fee: INR 6000 per year

Admission

Admission through CUET. Merit list prepared on basis of marks scored in English and General Test. Reservation is allowed for OBCs, SCs, STs. Admission process is very smooth, you have to report to BHU with basic documents on alloted date and get your admission.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Remarks:

If you are really passionate you will get amazing opportunities to get experience.

I have applied in 5 college such as BHU AU DU BBAU and vishwa bharati Many for BA and BSc course through CUET UG, I got BHU and AU but at the end I have switched to BHU because of it is closer to my home and well known for me. I got seat in AU but same time BHU also, so I have to decide one. I put my seat for upgradation and then BVoc HTM. From 2022, there is only one entrance exam to take admission in all central state University in india. That is CUET common university entrance test conducted by NTA.
