Course Curriculum Overview
Bit durg is so famous in chhattisgarh for their academics and as well as infrastructure we have idea lab where we can innovate or learn new technologies. So since childhood I have a passion towards study of cars how they work so I pursue mechanical engineering but my dream is slight different it is to become an IAS . I done internships and vocational trainings as well in Drdo Hyderabad as well .. Actually academia is good until teachers were good some of the teachers were too old to teach the concept we require new techniques to teach students about how it works....
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are notified by colleges at the end of 3 Rd year or starting of 4 the year if possible.. many time college didn't notified about the internships so you have to be aware about off campus internships to atlast it totally depends upon you that you are able to get any internship or not
Placement Experience
The placement of bit durg is quite average 7-8 lpa which is not so much but good to initiate and gain experience.. Many of the students also try off campus placement to get better selection... Many students of my batch starts preparing for government exams .which is the best plan also after college
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of bit durg is quite simple and affordable for middle class family as well they charge a tution fee of 36000 per semester... As I was good in sports so we get a proper TA/DA for sports whenever we represent our college abroad. Campus selection rate of bit durg is also high and it is easy to get placed with the help of teachers ..
Campus Life
Campus life of bit durg is just like a family all the teachers ,wardens and staff of bit durg are kind towards every student. Ojas is a well known fest of bit durg , they also organise some hackathons and sports activities as well There are many clubs for students to get enrolled and increase their soft skills like astro club for space , vista for management, robotics club , laasya , alankar .. Bit durg focuses on all around development of a student
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is very good but the infrastructure of hostel is yet to be improved alot. The quality of food is also very good they changed their menu every day to make students interested towards lunch and dinner Registration process is so easy but getting a good roomate is depends upon your luck.. Hudco and sindhya nagar were the best places to be nearby college to get pg and flat for rent
Admission
So it was through jee mains . The selection process was quite messy because it contains some level of counselling which makes it messy the reservation quotas are supporting the state residentials which was difficult for other state students to get selected the sites of my college were sometime hunged due to heavy traffic
