Just a degree orientated college.

My only reason to opt the course were that College was nearly my residence and fees was so much low . I don't find my course so much helpful to my career growth, only exam oriented studies were sheduled and no other growth was involved. Curriculum and Teachera should get more realistic with what are in demand skill students are required to develop. Exams are mostly sheduled around March and November and Question Papers are easy to pass but marking method are but hard on students.

The tution fees is so affordable also the other fees frequency is so low. Students only need to submit Exam fees before upcoming exams and on admission in every other semester. Tution fees was around 3000 rupees per year and around 500 Rupees as exam fees. Never heard anything about any beneficiary of any kind of scholarships or financial aid. I don't think any was been provided. None kind of employment opportunity were provided, no in hand skills were discussed in course and only sector students got rewarded were sports related.

We were never involved in any fest . The only place fests are organised are DSB, Nainital, KU. And it was around Last of the year. Books were issued from library based on students ID card on some particular days. Not much except the course books were available. Only newspaper were provided on daily basis. None kind of technology infrastructure was provided or involved in studies. Sports events were held monthly basis , bit of a extracurricular activities are organised too related to art and culture. None kind of students clubs or portals were made only WhatsApp groups for conversation related to assignment and exam materials.

The Eligibility for Course I opted was Marit based on percentage I got in Intermediate. Not much of a competition to get enrolled. I visited the college in person for applying and had to submit around Rupees 500 as application fees to college. The application were opened for around June-July. Some basic seat reservation are for Reserved Casts People , People with disability and on Economic backward sections. Lastly seats are also reserved for Students belonging to Uttrakhand State . Exams were sheduled semester wise so 2 times in a year mostly around March and October, in day shifts and they are medium level in difficulty. Easy to pass but markings are somewhat hard so it becomes hard to get high Markings. I would suggest that the official site should be much more allocated with particular colleges. And teachers are not much involved with all rounded growth of student . And they should organise competition and workshop to let students explore there interests.
