Teachers determination towards the studends
Organizing events at big level for the students to showcase there talents
The college area is quite big. With different buildings for different branchs

Dislikes

Cannot play any sports in the campus due to restrictions
Students cannot leave the college campus till 11o clock
The classrooms doesn't have any air conditioning or ducts

Course Curriculum Overview

I have opted for information technology because of the demand and job opportunities in the IT sector accross the country.....the college provides good opportunities for the coders to enhance and show case their talents as the college organises many programs like hackathon etc. and collabs with IIT madras, delhi etc

Every year many intership opportunities are provided by the college even for the freshers. IITs , Infosys provide regular internship opportunities paid and free of cost. The duration of the intership varies from 2weeks to 2 months

Placement Experience

Don't know much about the placements as i am a 1st year students but college has no. 1ranking in Jaipur and gets 90% job offers by huge companies like tata, Infosys etc...the placements are of not that goood. Lowest package is of 3lpa and highest is 30lpa average package is of 6lpa. 30 to 50% students gets placed

Fees and Financial Aid

If the score of jee mains is high and you have any privilege then the college provides a TFWS category where the economically weaker section students with high jee percentile gets 90% scholarships that is they have to give 10000rs for a semester. One semester fees for REAP students is approx 50000 and bus fees varies from 20000 to 40000 so the fees is quite high

Campus Life

My college hosts a huge event called pravah every year which consists of numerous amounts of activities from sports to coding from dancing to anchoring. Which helps the students to come out of their cell and become more socially active . The library is quite big and contains many many books with good and quiet environment. other then the main events the college doesn't allow to play sports and have restrictions

Admission

I got my admission through rajasthan engineering admission process. for that we have to give jee mains exam and have to score good percentile and then have to select the colleges in which u want to go with the branch you want take admission in. reservation benefits are good for those who has it and bad for those who doesn't. my college provide limited seats for those who has good percentile and provide scholarships which reduces the fees to 90%

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

About SKIT Jaipur

I have got into this college by my jee mains percentile. I have opted this college over two government colleges i have got because of affordability and less distant from my home towm .
