Likes

There are various clubs in college for extracurricular activities.
There is greenery in college and clean campus.
There is a good average placement in the college around 6 lacs per year.

Dislikes

There is very strict environment and compulsory to wear college uniform regularly.
There is a compulsory criteria of 75% attendance.
There is a fix gate opening and closing time, before that we are not allowed to leave the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in coding so I opt for Computer Science and Engineering. There are regular exam in 4 week interval which are easy to moderate level. There should be improvement in real world problem solving in the curriculum.

Placement Experience

There is a specific Training and Placement (TP) cell which is responsible for placement opportunities. Students are eligible from 7 th semester of course. There are various companies which visit our college including Juspay, TCS, Infosys, Watchguard, etc. There is almost 90% placement in CS department.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees include 98500 for a year, which include development fees of 5500 for every semester. There are various scholarships available including Samaj Kalyan Scholarship, pragati scolarship scheme for girls, etc. There is also scholarship based on merit or percentile in jee main

Campus Life

There is a annual fest "Pravah" which include sports and cultural fest. It is of 6 days. There are enough academic books available in college library including other references books. Almost all classes are equipped with projector. There are various clubs including Science and Technology Club, Toastmaster Club, Docu Drama club, etc

Admission

Admission Process was done through REAP counselling based on JEE Main Rank. Application Form can be easily found on reap portal. Reservation Benefits are given to SC, ST, EWS Candidate including students from Bihar.

My day by day growing college CTAE

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

About SKIT Jaipur

I have got into this college by my jee mains percentile. I have opted this college over two government colleges i have got because of affordability and less distant from my home towm . SKIT ,jaipur honest review .
