- Infrastructure maintenance: While AKGEC have good amount of infrastructure but there are many times the students of the some branch are not provided proper accomodation and they are always to change the classroom of the students
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of the college is relevant to the today technology and comprehensive also. There are subjects in the course that are helpful in the real world applications or further academic pusuits. The some areas for the improvemet in the course curriculum is only to update the course and syllabus of the subjects. The frequency and timing of exams usually depends on the time period of the semester usually there are 2 internal and 1 external exam. However it may depend on the college.
Placement Experience
AKGEC offers excellent campus placements, with studenst becoming eligible from the sixth semester onwards. Renowned companies comes to the campus of the college offering a wide range of job opportunities. The average package of the college is approxiamtely 2.5lpa and the highest package is 34lpa. The percentage of students securing placement is 40%. My plans after getting the degree is to find the offcampus placement and start my career journey.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is the fixed tution fees and there is no increase in it. The complete cost of your education including tution, service fees and other compulsory charges is the first year of the may contain some fees like registration which may adds upto 140000 and other year it is 16156 . Also ther is scholarship provided by the government which my vary to 50000 and. Before there was the employment and avg pay upto 3.5lpa but with this year due to recession the campus employment is very low and less percentage of students are placed and majority are still unplaced.
Campus Life
AKGEC offers a vibrant campus life with diverse social, academic and extracurricular activities. While there are no large annual festivals, the campus buzzes with small events throughout the year, fostering a sense of community. The library provides a wide range of books and journals, easily accessible for students. Classrooms are equipped with modern facilities and technological provisions, enhancing the learning experience. There is good impact on student life as it gives the students good knowledge of social life and practical skills.
Admission
The admission process of the college was pretty decent and there was not much difficulty during the process. There is a eligibility criteria for the course as the numbers that you obtained in 10th and 12th also in UPTU exam. The application form, fees and dates of the application can be found on the website of AKGEC and all the reservation benifit can be availed from there too. The frequency and timing of the exams basically depends on the college and time left before University exam . Sometime if the PUT has ended but due to some reason of the university the UT are postponed then the college does not provide much of preparation gap and utilize that time and organise another revision type of test. The adimission process is fine and not requires any improvement.
