Infrastructure is really good. With separate blocks for each department. The flipside is you don't get to socialize much with other branches. Since blocks are arranged linearly. For eg if you are in mech dept and you have to meet someone in ece you would

Admission was through management. I had opted for ECE. Since the seats were not available I had to choose ISE.

The Course of information Science gives you an idea of software engineering. You can choose or specialize in a particular subject and they say it's better to be a master of one rather than being a fox of all.

There was no internships apart from some Industrial visits.

Placements are decent. It's not as good as some colleges like it's good companies like TCS,wipro,Accenture do visit our campus.

College Events

Varchasva which is conducted annually and there are some technical fests which are conducted annually. Varchasva is good .

Gender ratio depends on the branch one chooses. It is less in civil and mechanical. Coz it's obvious and the other branches it's 50.50. The ground is really good. I haven't seen any better ground In bangalore. Since I been to football tournaments I know.

i initially applied for RNSIT ,BNMIT, SJBIT ,GAT and many but in first round i had got GAT for ECE then i thought of waiting for second round as there was time and then i got SJBIT .i thought about the campus and placements would be good and joined SJBIT. I didnt get rejected but i didnt got selected because it was through KCET rankings as my ranking was 32000 i could make it to SJBIT. once you get your KCET results,we can apply for the colleges and according to the cutoffs of each branch we get selected,for first round it was across 25000 for ECE and it deducted at second round....Read More
