Quality Time spent

I would say not a bad one though as i spent my 4 memorable and sovereign years there. A good life experience though.

I heard a lot about the placements of this college before entering into this college and as my elder cousin brother also passed out from here with a healthy package . I was told to opt the prior branch of this college . The faculty and the way of teaching and guiding the students towards their bright future and excellence in all curricular activities.

The course curriculum is as such not much different from every other engineering college. We have four years of engineering which is subdivided into 8 semesters followed by two internals in every semester and one pre university ter which are conducted just before the semester to revise the course.

Our college has a tie-up with wipro and some other companies. But wipro being the best among these , they do not provide any stipend from starting but as soon as your finish your training and four years of college, they will select you directly into the wipro where you will get a healthy package.

As i said earlier,There has been continuous and marked improvement in recruitment numbers year on year, indicating an improvement in quality and performance of students.The students were found to be very enthusiastic and at the same time well-disciplined. They conducted themselves well during the recruitment process and were able to express themselves. The interview conversions have been as high as 88.5% (2012 batch), indicating an overall good student quality.

Each year the students of Hcet with thr help of their faculties, organises many ebentd like metacog , ieee, robotics, techfest . But the biggest event of GCET is the G-Quasar. In which students from many colleges of ncr participate and win prizes. It includes concerts and sunburn

I would say a little expensive as compared to other engineering colleges.Fee structure is provisional. Final fees will be charged as per the orders of the Fee Committee/The Appellate Authority (Regulation of Admission & Fixation of Fee)/Hon’ble High Court/ Hon’ble Supreme Court.

No information regarding this . But ya if you will apply for the scolarshio , you will surely get it. But with original marksheeys.

The hostel facilities are same everywhere. There is not much to say about the mess food too. But counting on the scale 1 to 10 , i would rate a 6 or 7 comparing to outside hostel facilities. Hostel compromiss of 3 bed 4 bed and 6 bed rooms with common bathroom and gym .

Yes the seniors play a very important role just like another teacher who guides their juniors towards the right path.

I got the admission in this institute by scoring well in jee and upsee . And after getting into those orientation of choosing the field according to the ranks, i opted for computer science as this was one my interesting subjects and being the main branch of this college.

The department of Computer Science provides world-class research and education in modern computer science. The department has a cohesive team of well experienced faculty members having wide experience in recent technologies like Cloud computing, Grid Computing, High Performance Computing, Multimedia etc. It has different computer labs like Data Structure lab, Operating System lab, Multimedia lab, Web Technology lab, Research & Development lab. It also promotes active industry-institute collaboration by identifying areas of interest.
