My Campus: The Rock City

I decided to choose this course as each branch is designed according to the needs of the industry and course of the successive semesters. cse is taught languages like c++ and ece is taught python from the first semester to help them to learn web dev and AI/ML respectively. cse is taught probability to develop logic for algroithm meanwhile ece is taught differnetial equations to help them solve equations in multiple of their subjects.

The internships opportunities are great in this college if you are sincere in your academics. The data is also available on the official website that about 40 students got interships in Amazon and even in other core companies. Our professors also offer research internhsip opportunites in AI/ML and industry standard projects.

Studetns are eligible for internships from the 2nd year and get ready for placement in the 3rd year & 4th year. Companies like Goldman Sachs , Amazon , Google , TCS , Infosys , Meesho , Hyundai and 28 other companies visted for the placement dirves in the first half. Highest package on campus was 42L ( CSE ) and off campus went to as high as 1.23Cr ( ECE ). Average package was 22.2L for CSE and 20L for ECE. About 70% students got placed. My plans after getting degree is to pursue PSUs.

Tuition fee is very less compared to other IIITs as it is a full publicly owned college and the fee remains same once your admission is done. The complete cost including hostel , tuition , mess etc. for 4 years which includes 8 semesters is Rs8,74,000 for General , OBC , EWS candidates and for sc/st there is a tuition fee deductions which can be found on the website updated each year. Merit CUM Means Scholarship is present for reserved and non reserved candidates for financial aid and the administration and seniors will help and guide you to avail the same.

Tarang is our annual cultural fest and other events like Abhigyan , Roborush , Hackbyte engage you in various fields like Design , Robotics , Ethical Hacking throughout the year. Our library provides an extensive and exclusive collection of research material from our own professors which rank in the top 2% in the world according to Stanford rankings also the course books and additional books and magazines are also provided. The Classrooms offer digital learning as well as on the blackboard for better demonstration and each is equipped with AC and are spacious. From Chess to Volleyball and Cricket to Carrom and two buildings and a field and two courts are dedicated to them. College has multiple clubs mainly in the domain of culture , tech , sports and design.

A typical room in our hostel H-3 Aryabhattta Hostel has a bed , chair , wardrobe , desk and three person sharing. Our Central mess offers a diverse & healthy culinary to support the students well being. Registration for hostel is done on them same day as admission and is highly affordable. No rented rooms are available in the 5km radius to our college. Other ameneties as TT , TV room , dance room , chess room , badminton court , canteen are also provided in the hostel.

75% in Boards or top 20 percentile. JEE Mains exam clearance. Admission process through JosAA counselling and CSAB and DASA. Seniors also help for admission process. Every form regarding to the admission process is available on the website. If you belong to the reserved category there is great benefit in terms of fees reduction for sc/st. The frequency of exams is medium most subjects have two quiz ( 10% or 15% ) each and one mid sem and one end sem during the semester and the difficulty is medium and papers are doable. No improvement is needed in the admission process even hostel allotment is easy and done on the same day of the admission process with full ease.
