Skit College --'Student's Choice'

The course is designed in such a way that basic subjects related to each branch is taught in first year of Engineering.From 2nd year onwards respective chosen branch subjects are alloted . Areas for improvement is RTU needs to update the syllabus according to latest technology . Semester exams are held within 6 months in a year with 2 midterm exams and internal practicals in between.

In-college internship opportunities are available for students . And many companies also offer internship based on students skillset. The college also have Incubation cell where students can work on their ideas and fund is also provided to the best works.

Students became eligible for placements from 6th semester onwards. Companies like TCS,Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant etc.. visits the college. The highest package shown on the college site is 47 lakhs . According to me almost all students who are good in academic and inhibit all the required skills are placed.

Fees is fixed at the beginning and the college cannot change it in between. Semester Exam fees are taken separately. TFWS scheme is available to students of Rajsthan and government scholarships are applicable for college students. No scholarships are available from college side. The complete expenses for the four years can be 6-7lakhs (without hostel expenses). Various clubs run in the college and you can took the required roles.

Various types of clubs like s&t club, toastmasters club,MUN club, dance, music clubs etc ...and comittes like human values ,IEEE-mts,osa etc.are present in the college. Depending upon student's interest ,they can take part in their activities. The annual fest is called pravah which happens in the month of (March-April) alongwith Aaveg ( sports fest). ICI fest is also organised in the month of August-September. Library environment is excellent with all the necessary books, journals, periodicals and many more .

Student don't need to take any other entrance exam. Admissions are taken on the basis of Jee mains score. For this you have to fill reap form(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) in which you have to give your jee mains score and fill this college as your first choice. Reap forms are generally opened in the months of May-June. TFWS seat are reserved for domicile candidates of Rajasthan having a good percentile in jee mains. Students above 90 percentile can easily get Computer Science core branch. And below this,other branches are alloted.
