Course Curriculum Overview

As the college is autonomous there is an exam calendar for a year. According to the respective calendar, all exams will be conducted at the correct time. Teachers are freely talking to us. There is no restriction for asking questions. All teachers are highly knowledgeable about their topics and all teachers are prepared and they use PPT for teaching.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 550 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I got admission to the aided,so I am not getting scholarship but as in regular department there is only exam fee not any other fee. Infrastructure and libraries are highly developed and many other educational departmental club are there for students.

Campus Life

Colleges have highly developed infrastructure and facilities including libraries for each main department. For the computer science students the computers are highly installed. For the development for the students, there is a club activities. Dance club, music club, sports club also there for students. For arts last 24 year oru college is getting an overall trophy.

Admission

Mar Ivanios College is an autonomous college in Thiruvananthapuram. It was a dream college for every student in Kerala. The admission process was very formal firstly list of applied students was released on their site and the first 40 or 50 students were called for an interview with clear analysis students were selected.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. They should include seperate good lab facilities for environmental studies,need permanent teachers and placement activities should be provided. Exams are semester wise and they are easy and easily prepared within short period of time

Good college.

I applied to Christ Nagar college, Maranalloor and i had gotten a confirmed admission there. I was there for 2 months until i got an admission here which is a far better college. The other colleges to which i applied are sacred heart college, ernakulam and christ college, thrissur.
