The Campus life of DDUGKP

The B.com banking and insurance is quite good as it includes all the subjects that enhances the skilled based quality. The subjects are not subdivied due to which the subjective is not burdened. Their are options to choose some minor subjects that enhances your skills and development process.

As Bcom Banking and insurance is self financed course its fee is high as compared to Bcom. Its fee is 18000 p.a. excluding the college admission fee wich may vary from 1500 to 3000 as decided by VC of the University. As this course has gained its recognition by the University the scholarship by UP scholarship committee is granted upto 23000 in total. The campus does not provide placement for UG students but calls for online internship relating to different courses

The University does not conduct any fest which includes all the departments and colleges but the departments and colleges conduct their own cultural program , farewell event , freshers , etc . Their are facilities available of projector based classes and digital library with available wifi . The department has its own library which has books of nearly all the subjects that are taught which students can borrow for a semester to study . Their are grounds of each sports in the campus where students can play sports and their are competition conducted frequently between colleges . Their are students ABVP organisation which help students to deal with problems on scale level

The admission process starts with application form available on official website of DDUGKP website with the fee of 800 can apply for any UG courses. The eligibility criteria for a student to apply is that he must have passed the class 12th or equivalent to apply for any course. The application process includes filling of the form and giving exam on scheduled date, and on selection going to college with required documents asked in the college. The exam is of 1hour 30 minutes long with mcq questions. The difficulty of exam is moderate with subjects as English,Economics, Accounts, Business studies, GK and Money and banking topics. The admission process is pretty simple but the improvement is to be done in website as it sometimes lags to accept application.
