- I liked the library facilities, as it provided a great environment to study, with fully fledged wifi and ac facilities.

Dislikes
- I disliked the hostel facilities as they charge a lot and provide nothing in response. The hostels here are jail. Sometimes you may be forced to go out of the hostels and attend classes. They would cut light and water facilities sometimes.
- The mess food is really bad. They would make you eat the same food for all the four years of your hostel life.
- I didn't like the forcefull 75% attendance criteria. They are really strict for that and they do not even consider serious medical reasons.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as it has the highest placement opportunities further. Some technical subjects are present in the curricilum which would help a student learn some skills, such as python, Java, C, C++, AI&Ml etc. Some of the areas of improvement are the outdated subjects which are present due to the university rules. But now as the college is turning into a university, there would be an improvement in the curriculum too. 3 exams are conducted per semester which are sessional tests, pre university tests and the external university tests.
Placement Experience
The average placement is 4-5 lpa. Students are eligible for placement from their 7th semester. The highest package this year was 34lpa for software developer role offered by commvault. The college offers placement to majority of the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees was average as per an engineering college. In my 1st year, the overall fees was around 121000/-. The fees for the further years was a little less. I didn't saw any hike in the fee structure for the course. The complete cost was around 4.5-5 lakhs collectively for all the four years excluding the hostel fees. If I include my hostel fees then the complete cost of my education would sum up to around 10 lakhs. Some scholarships are provided by up government for students in each branch, whose benefits are availed by a lot of students who are eligible for that scholarship. There are two scholarships namely the pragati and the saksham scholarship.
Campus Life
The overall campus life is good. Many events are conducted annually, such as the freshers' party, typically conducted in the month of december, the farewell party, conducted in the month of june, some society events such as kaarvan which is a musical event conducted by euphony(the musical society of the college) and other dance and poetry events too. The college provides access to the various journals and books present in the library. Reading area is provided and a separate study room is also provided along with full ac and wifi facilities, so that the students can focus upon their studies without any disturbance. The classrooms are well equipped with fans and cross ventilation. The labs are provided with wifi and are fully air conditioned. Sports events are conducted and practice sessions are held by coaches. Various technical clubs are present in the college which can be joined by students and engage in many activities.
Hostel Facilities
There are enought hostels present for students. The facilities are up to the mark. They charge hostel fees ranging from Rs. 110000 for triple seater and Rs 120000 for double seater rooms. The registration process is done offline in the hostels and is smooth. You can choose room mates according to your preference. The meals are different for each day and on fruit per day is provided to us. In the room one almirah, table, chair, bed, pillow, matress, some bedsheets and a cloth hanging stand, one fan, light for each is provided.
Admission
The admission process was quite smooth. For being eligible to take admission in CS branch, one must score 65% or above in their intermediate. I gave the entrance exam conductd by AKTU through which I got CS branch as the cutoff for it was nearly around 8000 based on rank. I got the girl rank around 1500 but didn't avail it's benefits. The difficulty level was moderate, quite lower than JEE but now it has no relevance as AKTU has stopped conducting this exam. Now the admission is conducted on the basis of JEE score.
