Entrance Preview
Because Emeralds Degree college gives more practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge. In BBM, We had at least 3 Management activities per week that help the student to gain practical exposure as in industry. Our college also conducts sports fests. Management Activities include Young Manager, Young Entrepreneur, Debate, Group Discussion, Quiz and many more. These activities help the students to eradicate stage fear and help to communicate more effectively in front of a large group. Our lecturers are so friendly and supports at every instance
Course Curriculum Overview
BBM is an undergraduate Business Management course. Business Management program exposes students to a variety of subjects such as accounting, business law and ethics, economics, finance, management information systems, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior and management, operations research, and strategic management. This course is developed to make students be well with management techniques prevail in the corporate world. It is like B.B.A. Only the difference is that BBA is considered as Business Administration, whereas B.B.M. insists on Business Management. The duration of this bachelor’s degree is generally three academic years.
Internships Opportunities
Our college doesn't provide any internship programme, instead, they will support the student's in identifying some organizations that provide the internship. The students can get stipend depending upon the organization
Placement Experience
We have a Placement cell in our college and the Placement co-ordinator organizes Recruitment programs in the college. Most of the students had been placed in top MNC's. Some of the companies are Amaron Batteries, AGS Health, Hinduja Global solutions, Genpact, HDFC and many more
College Events
There will be many events to encourage the students in all aspects. We have E-FETE i.e., sports meet. We have Carousel i.e., Festival of Emeralds students. We have many Management Activities like Group Discussion, Debate, Young Manager, Young Entrepreneur,Meet the Press, Stress Interview's etc.,
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is so feasible. The Average income group people can afford to pay the fees and the paid fee will also be re-imbursed through AP Fee Re-imbursement if the student holds the white card. Even below Average income group people can afford as the fee is so feasible to pay.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college helps the student to get back their fee's through AP Fee-Reimbursement program. The fee's paid by the student will be returned back once the government of AP approves the students eligibility.
Campus Life
The campus is well maintained. I cannot say posh, but it is well maintained. The gender ratio are equal. There will be computer lab in first year of BBA and sports meet will be conducted regularly. Management activities such as Debate's and Group Discussion's will be conducted regularly so that it helps the students to communicate effectively
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is provided both for boys and girls. Two separate hostels are provided, one for boys and one for girls. So there won't be any conflict arising situation. Parents can feel safe about their children in Emeralds Hostel. The food menu was good.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior's were so helpful and they can assist you in resolving your queries relating to education and any other. They also arrange Fresher's Day to Junior's to promote harmony and good relationship among them.
Exam Structure
In 2017 we had one Annual exam per year. But, From 2018 our college had shifted from BBM to BBA & Integrated BBA. In BBA, there will be 2 Semester's per week and a total of 6 Semester's for 3 Years. Internal Practical's will also be present. The students had to attend the exam's in Sri Venkateswara University as our college is affiliated to it.
Admission
Admission process is Direct. Our college also helps the students who have white card to get fee reimbursement. So the total fee will be repaid. The admission process is so simple and hasslefree. The management is well co-operative in the admission process.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is so helpful and you can approach them at any time to resolve your queries. None of them are harsh-hearted. Be friendly with your lecturers and they will assist you at every step of the education. Management activities are conducted regularly to eliminate stage fear.
