Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good i can say but it's not to good in 1st and 2nd sem you just need to byhard everything which i didn't like and it's everyone's choice and it can be different. Exam are conducted in every month known as CIE.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't know much about the internship yet but according to seniors internship is decent because there are to many people and every can't get the good internship. The company I got to know are adobe, Samsung,bosch, etc.
Placement Experience
The placement are decent i guess if you are really a hard worker you can really get a good placement but you really need to work hard for getting good placement, in my branch(ETE) the placement percentage is 100% and the average package of my department is 9LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fess is ok but it can be reduced because KCET people have half the fees than COMEDK.There is no scholarship present for COMEDK students, campus provide very good faculty in few streams and few bad faculty in bad.
Campus Life
The overall experience with campus life is decent I didn't like the campus because it is very small as compare to others but ya if you see on social aspect you will get the great exposure, the Annual fest is known Utsay and it's the second biggest fest in banglore, the technical fest is known as phaseshift in which many hackathons are there you can participate in all to increase your skill.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel life is very good , I love the hostel rooms and quality of food is really very good but there is a small problem the curfew timing is 9:30pm which i didn't like, but remember you need to be quick for the hostel registration because they have limited rooms and many people didn't get the hostel then they need to find pg or flat which are not good .
Admission
Eligibility of the course is PCM minimum 60% in each subject. We can find the application form, fees& dates from COMEDK website, Reservation is only valid for Karnataka students who came from KCET. The exam difficulty level is not as JEE but it is also not easy, you need to have good speed. The admission process of BMSCE should be improved because it is very slow and they need many paper work which can be reduced by using online method.
Interview Experience
No, i didn't face any Group discussion, Interview or written test during the admission, but if you are coming through management qouta then you ned too face some Interview and Written test, don't worry it's very easy a 9th std. student can also pass
