placements of top branches and curriculum of IT branch is pretty good
environment of the college is not so hectic

Course Curriculum Overview

engineering curriculum in nit raipur is a bit fast paced as our 1st semester started in last week of august 2023 and ended in december 2023 whereas our 2nd semester started in 2nd week of january 2024 and will be ending in april 2024 Each semester you will have one mid semester and one end semester exams both will include theory as well as practical exams and in between you will have your college fests etc

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Internships Opportunities

internships start from 5 th semester and their are companies like adobe , texas instruments , oracle , vmware , dutchbank , goldmansachs and many more companiers offer internship oppurtunities and a decent number of student get internships

Placement Experience

campus placement of top branches that is the tech branches are pretty good IT has an average package of 18 lpa and highest of around 55 lpa whereas for cse the average dip down to 15 lpa and the highest is 62 lpa the top recruiters are DE shaw , Goldman sachs , adobe etc

Fees and Financial Aid

fee structure in nit is quite linineant specially if someone comes from a weaker financial background as well as the hostels and mess charges are pretty affordable as well as st and sc students get full reminision in their their tution fee

Campus Life

their are many clubs and committes in nit raipur clubs have their events like robofest and some speaker sessions as well while committe organizes big event of nit like eclectika is organized by sanskriti and the campus life is quite chill their is not so big campus but the environment is pretty good

Hostel Facilities

their are limited number of hostels for second year onwards and hostels are alloted on the basis of your cpi and spi whereas their are 4 hostels for 1st year boys out of which in only one hostel their are 2 people can share one room and in the rest of all hostels room is shared by 3 boys and their are 2 girls hostels

Hostel Fee: INR 11500 per year

Admission

as everyone knows that for under graduate admissions in nit you need to qualify jee mains exam and admission will be based on your best rank out of your 2 jee mains attempt every candidate has to go through josaa counselling for admission in nit josaa counselling has 6 rounds and 2 special csab rounds their are home state reservation which will help any home state candidate

This college is the best college in whole Chhattisgarh in terms of placements. This college will give you best placements that even the gov. college of it's level will not. A minimum of 400000 per year placements here is easy. And if you got some amazing skills then you can get a package more than 2200000 per year. That's very nice!

Remarks:

Best : Education Quality In our college we can study free of mind and with enjoyment. A huge library is there for study and for taking books from there. Worst : Hostel management In Our college hostle place is less, that's why more student need to away from college

Admission:

I had completed my diploma From Rungta college in 2015 and then by Counseling (Counselling of BE /B Pharma) I got Lakhmi. Chand institute Of Technology college then there was a call from the college for my Document verification after verification I filled up the admission form, then the fee submission.

An Homestate Girl in NIT Raipur

Honestly As A Girl , My Parents did'nt Allowed me to Leave my state . Which is very disappointment for me but it is okay They care about me ,so that nothing happen to me. My college is good

I applied in jossa counselling and get this college via that counselling because of my jee mains rank i got this college very best whatever I can get so i didn't really apply for any college just got addmission into this college because of jossa counselling and jee mains and jee advanced. I want to join iits but my rank was not that good so i didn't get seat into college like iit Bombay, iit Delhi, iit Kharagpur etc. I get addmission iny college firstly you have to give jee mains exam and get ranks as follows 75000 for general studies to get addmission in my college via jossa counselling or csab counselling you got the seat then pay the seat acceptance fee and book the seat in college then go to physical reporting to that college....Read More

First i apply for nit tiruchi but the cause of lack of percentile I got the the admission in nit Raipur in btech biotechnology the nit Raipur is a reputable in the matter of h good placement with none core branches but the nit tiruchi is highly reputable prefer high placement with core and none core branches Yes I got the rejection from nit tiruchi and nit bhopal as. My Daily Life At NIT Raipur

I had applied for NIT Silchar , But i didn't got it because of Low percentile in Jee Mains 2025 but i got NIT Raipur At Last Because NITs Have Home State quota and I Belong to Chattisgarh ,so i got NIT . I didn't Choose this college this was the only option i Had Left . So i had to choose this college that to Bio Technology Branch .but anyways i got good college ,better than half of the private institute in the manner of Fees and Reputition . We got admission through JOSAA , And we have to qualify Jee Mains Examination ,which Is Conducted By NTA ( National Testing Agency ) . The cutoff the exam category wise are Gen - 93.4 Percentile , Obc-82.1 Percentile , Sc -61 Percentile , And For ST it is 48 Percentile. The exam was very hectic i have to prepare for almost one year in my Drop ....Read More
