Remarks

Overall the college is very great, but somethings can be improved. Things like equipments if the different labs, bus service provided to local students for pickup and drop from different locations to college infrastructure etc.

Entrance Preview

I took JEE/RPET. I secured 119 points in the exam. I needed a college in Jodhpur only and this was the best college for engineering in the city.

Internships Opportunities

Although still being in the 2nd Year I have not yet been to any internships but every year college offers internships at Infosys, DMatics Technologies, Aircel, etc.

Placement Experience

Companies like Infosys, TCS, Aircel, etc come with job offers and last year 24 students got placed at Infosys with an average package of 4.5 lacs/annum and the highest package being 7.4 lacs/annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships for students offered by the RTU and the college itself. Most of them are offered to students securing merit in their respective subjects but there are also some scholarships for students who are not financially strong and a loan system from Punjab National Bank with a minimal interest rate.

There is a good gender ratio as some seats are reserved for women according to the government policies. Canteen is great and offers almost everything. Many workshops are held like IOS development, Android development, working on arduino chip, etc.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
