100 years of knowledge

The course I opted for is a double main course. The curriculum and syllabus is carefully selected with all the necessary topics amd portions to be covered. All the papers are up to date and the teachers are really very efficient and smart. The syllabus deals with all the theoretical and practical sessions required by the job industries. The curriculum is closely related to medical cirriculum making the qualification also apt for selected medical careers. There are not much areas of improvement in curriculum arrangement. Exams are always up-to-date and carefully and digitally evaluated. Endsem Exams are frequent every 6 months. Syllabus is fully covered before the exams. Difficulty level of exams increases alomg the years. The very reason I opted for this course was its industrial applications which were covered in the syllabus.

The college offers internships for different courses. They can be both funded and non funded. Top recruiting companies provide internships with stipends.Students are to supposed to have attended any one internship along with social developmental skills. The ost graduate students are doctoral graduates are supposed to finish the projects assigned to them by the college. Till date I have not started my internships as it starts next week.

The college offers campus placements to highly recognized and best companies of different fields. The college also jas a placement assistant cell(PAC) that helps students with the placement procedure, preparation for interview and training for the same. PAC is a very efficient initiative offered by the college and the students can rely on them for their placement related training.Students from 5th semester can apply for placements and they'll recieve proper guidance. I'm a 2nd year student so I'll be having my placement related training starting next sem. Till date I have not attended or visited any companies bit I believe on getting placed at a well established company from the college.

The course I opted for costs 50,000 rupees a year including all the laboratory charges. The fee structure has remained constant and regular for past few years and the fee structure according to the course is satisfactory. They do not ask for donation fee or other extra charges except exam fees. College also offers many scholarships for students of different category. There are also other scholarships that fund the tution fee and hostel fee for different students both from the college and government. The students with scholarships are equally provided with all facilities and opportunities offered by the college. I currently have not undertaken any job roles or obtained stipends as i really don't need them. But I'm sure that the ones who needs it always gets it.

The campus is well furnished. It provides all necessary requirements and needs of students. The college has different organizations and units like NSS, NCC, PAC, TE etc along with other association where students can improve both academically and socially. The college holds union fest, annual college fest, department fest and other fests where students can socially interact as well as learn something new. The calssrooms are well furnished and digitalized. The college also provides a fully equipped library with about 2 crores of different books. The college also offers many facilities at different provisions.

Hostels are currently available to boys onlyas it is a boys college. There is only a single girls hostel under the management. So I think they should provide more girls hostels. O have heard that the food and accommodation of the hostel is quite satisfactory so I look forward to it.

The application is based on 12th marks obtained and not by entrance exams. The cutoff marks for my course was 75%. The college site provides application form and dates of application. Application fee was about 400/-. Since there are no specific entrance exams, the results of 12th standard are considered for admission.I have not availed any reservations but the college provides a decent number of reservation for students from different categories.

The faculty members of our college are really very supportive and encouraging. The college hired the best teachers with many qualifications. The faculty members are kind and they help the students with every issue they face. Teachers are efficient and highly qualified.The faculty- student ratio is about 1:70.Students can approach the faculty members anytime and can get proper guidance in both academic and personal life. The class mentors are also very supportive and they are very well updated about each amd every student. I am really satisfied with the faculty.
