the course i am pursuing is very rigorous and needs a lot of hardwork. it is one of the best it departments and has a lot of value outside so chose it. it has a lot of applications in almost day to day things.some of the lab equipments are old and dont give proper outputs. some courses need a lot of hardwork so brace yourself for that. we have frequent exams so thar we can test our learnings. some professors give a really tough paper but is nice solving such papers.

all the top companies visit so make sure your profile stands out. the training cell will take care of your interns and help u be well prepared for them. they give you constant tests, interviews and gds.

from 7th sem you can sit for placements. almost all the top companies visit here and almost all students are palced here. highest package could range upto 55 lpa and average is 19 lpa. cgpa is really important for placements.98% students get placed here. almost everyone can say. i want to work at a firm through campus placement

with every new batch, there is a fee hike. we need to pay the fee before a due date. it takes nearly 13.00,000 to finish your btech here. there are a lot of scholarship opportunities you can avail, if you hail from a low income family there are even more scholarships for you. there are need based, merit based and reservation based too. for mtecgh students they can avail stipend every month. you can also search for great intern opportunities that can pay you

nittfest-march, festember- october, sportsfete- august, pragyan- feb. the library has a lot of books and almost all your course books are available. all the classrooms have a projector and some are air conditoned too.you have all the sprts here football, volley, cricket, handball basketball, table tennis, kho kho, swimming. the clubs here are crazy and they have so much fun and have good bonding. you get a lot of exposure

there is a good wifi, no washing machines, lifts available. the mess food is okay, it is manageable. the hostels are kind of affordable but cost hike with every new batch. no air conditioners provided here though.

you need to get a mains rank below 1k at least to get a cse seat, if you are from homestate you have a quota of course.everything will be clearly mentioned on the website so nothing to worry.consider staying in touch with your batch mates for updates. if you have reservation you dont have to pay any fee( sc/st), only hostel fee needed. exams are conducted very frequently and some can get quite difficult. admission process is overall good, its fine.

the faculty to student ratio is fine. its like 1:67. they try to help you and really want to give their best. they are systematic. most of them are highly qualified so you dont have any problem. they adapt to board teaching, ppts, projector etc. you can always meet in their offices at the department.

admission through jee mains. so when you get a decent rank in it, you can get a seat here. our coaching institute helped me and youtube videos helped me. its very easy to prepare for jee these days, lot of access.
