Course Curriculum Overview

The Biochemical engineering is the branch which is transforming the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Biochemical engineering have a very good scope in other countries as well. The curriculum provides you in depth knowledge about the chemical, Biochemical subjects. There 2 mid semester of 15 marks and an end sem of 50 marks.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of hbtu is 135000? and there is up government scholarship provided to students who have annual income less than 2.5 Lakhs per annum. Other than this is a scholarship by alumni to the branch toppers students. The campus placement support is also provided. The average package of biochemical engineering is 4.5LPA

Campus Life

There are 9 sub-council in hbtu which is run by students and like NSS sub-council, Technical, Sports, Print media, Cultural sub-council and more. All of these are run by students. There is annual fests named Nss youth festival, Hunkar, Tecnika, Adhyay all of which are run by students.

Admission

The admission procedure is online and is consist of 3 rounds. There is 20,000? counseling amount which is non-refundable. The counseling is based on JEE mains rank. There is reservation to SC, ST, OBC categories. There is a offline spot counseling as well after all 3rd rounds of counseling if still seats are vacant.

The faculties of hbtu are well qualified and they have a good experience of tutoring students. They have two way interaction in the class room. They teach about the course curriculum and world scenario. Also tells about the entrepreneurship ideas.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
