- I like relaxation on 75% required attendance
- I liked concept of supplementary exams after every end semesters to give opportunity to perform really well.
- I like that campus area is not big so i don't have to walk much to reach lecture halls.
Dislikes
- I dislike students environment that come from hime state that are not deserving and infecting the quality of good students.
- I dislike the quality of professors in our biomedical branch who don't know how to explain concepts to students.
- I dislike that there is really less interaction of juniors with super seniors.
Course Curriculum Overview
There wasn't any specific reason or interest to choose this course. At my JEE rank I got this seat so j applied for it. I don't think curriculum is updated with today's challenges in this field and this curriculum should be updated.
Internships Opportunities
Prestigious organizations like Tcs, wipro, Infosys , DRDO , ISRO and many others. Roles ranged from software developer and engineering to research position in many fields , with stipend Commensurate with industry standard.
Placement Experience
Placements in upper branch at NITRR is really impressive with highest package > 60 lpa Top MNCs visit like paypal, Amazon, Zs, Wipro, etc Average package of 10.12 lpa. I don't have any fixed plan after degree, I'm looking forward to new opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for btech course is ?500000 and this is installed in every semester wise. There're number of scholarships for students whose family is very less. For students with good family income can't enjoy such scholarships.
Campus Life
There're several annual fests that are held in college like for Technical fest we celebrate Aavartan, for sports fest we have Samar, for Entrepreneurship we have ECell and for Cultural fest we have Eclectika. There're several other small events and functions that are celebrated with help of small clubs and communities. All these clubs and communities are held and run by students
Admission
Eligibility for course is 10+2 . One can get entry based on JEE mains score who gets specific rank. Students who can apply for reservations gets a very good upgradation in admission process . Exam is conducted twice a year
Faculty
1.Faculty to students ratio in biomedical department is 1:8 which is pretty impressive 2.Talking about credentials of faculty members in BME department of NITRR then just few out of all faculties are having good qualifications but most of them not teach well. 3.Teachers are easy going and anytime we can interact with them for doubts.
