About my journey

College is good. Once there was a time when this college had AIR 19.

Courses are as per AICTE norms and standards. The exams are very strict and Electronics department is the most strict department in the college. For professional development, we have separate faculties. Also, research in some fields is possible as students from different colleges also come here for research.

The placement is not 100 percent but hardworking students easily get placed. Students have also availed internships in ISRO and DRDO this year.

Several festivals are celebrated in the college round the year. Here we celebrate, Alumni, meet every year as Convergence, Cultural fest as Encore, Technical fest as Parakram, Sports fest as Shauryotsava. The college also celebrates various branch fests individually.

I started my journey at the college in 2017. After that, as the infrastructure changed and some departments like Information and Technology, and Electronics and Instrumentation got privatized, the fees structure has changed a lot. My initial fees were INR 1 lakh.

No, I didn't receive any scholarship from college or Uttar Pradesh government. Well, there is some scholarship from Uttar Pradesh government for some students.

Yes, the campus life is incomparable to anything else in this world. Well as it an Engineering college gender ratio is quite poor. Labs are running somehow, and we expecting a brand new Sports complex in next year as work is going on in the ground. Workshops are fantastic.

Hostel fees have also increased this year. Last year it was INR 11000, but this year it is INR 15000. The hostels are safe to live in but the restrictions are not all good. You would not be allowed outside the boy's hostel after 10 at night and in Girls hostel it is 8 in the night.

That's the most awesome thing with this college. The Alumni network is quite appreciable. Most of the Alumni are placed and are currently working in foreign countries like the USA and Europe is the first priority. Seniors are very helpful too.

This college takes admission through an entrance exam conducted by AKTU, called UPSEE. The exam is not so Tuft, if you are preparing for JEE, then it would be easier for you. Counseling starts in July and classes start in last week of July. It takes about 5 hours in the whole admission process.

You may find a faculty or professor in their respective cabins, chambers, staff rooms, and respective laboratories. Some faculties are also assigned for various Workshops, like Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil. Director Sir has his own personal cabin in the Administration department.
