Course Curriculum Overview
At present I'm engaged in BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I choosed this field of electrical engineering on my personal intrest cuz im very much interested in physics and also here in VNR VJIET, you are thought theoretically and it is shown practically out in the labs and also u are encouraged to crack some competative exams like GATE,GRE etc.
Internships Opportunities
As there are student professional chapters like IEEE,IEI,CSI etc. conducts many tech events and supports you to engage in many projects and builds ur resume well. Good internship opportunities will also be offered.
Placement Experience
The students are allowed to attend placements from the 2nd semester of 3rd year. There are some reputated hirers like Oracle,JPMC, Infosys,Tcs, Microsoft etc. Highest package offered this year is 9.5 LPA The avg package offered is 8LPA. There is placement percentage of 75%
Fees and Financial Aid
In the institute every student(without availing scholarship) should pay college fees Rs.1,35,000 and a miscallaneous fees of Rs.8000 and many other merit scholarships will be offered. As of my case I'm getting a merit scholarship of Rs.50000 from Reliance group.
Campus Life
There will a non-technical fest "SCINTILLASHUNZ" for 3 days and technical fest "CONVERGENCE". There many curtural clubs for dance,music, film making,drama, debates etc. Ground might be small but it satisfies all the tournaments.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very good. A very well food menu and very good taste. Hostel allocation consists of a waiting list Seperate hostels for juniors and seniors. And also PG are located around for an average fees of 6500 per month.
Admission
The eligibility for the course is Intermediate in MPC stream or equivalent. The most intake is from TS EAMCET counselling and the remaining are called B-category considering the score of JEE MAINS There are no reservations offered in B-category. The reservations for TS EAMCET COUNSELLING seats applies as same as the policies of Govt.
Faculty
A very good interaction from the faculty, a very good monitoring from the faculty will be done. There is a very student to faculty ratio of 15:1. The faculty starts preparing the students from the 1st itself by including the students in the programmes of MENTORING TRAINING AND PLACEMENT
