Good college for placement

I didn't take any interview for admission in this college. I joined this college on 2008. I gave a donation of Rs.1 lac at that time. The eligibility criteria was 50% and above in maths and science subjects.

The curriculum is formed by Anna university. So it the same for all colleges that come under Anna university. The curriculum is not in best standards as expected by the corporate. But recently the college got autonomous status, so they can form their own curriculum.

When comes to internship the college doesn't offer anything to the students unlike the campus placements. It the responsibility of each student to find the company. Though some faculty refer students to companies of past students. If you are lucky the companies where you get placed will offer an internship. Seniors also will be very helpful in this regard.

Placement is good. You get what you need. There are lot of big companies who visit the college. Its entirely up to the talent of the student. Prepare well and a offer is assured.

There is a techfest that happens once in two years conducted by the college not just individual departments. Apart from they you need to get permission from your Head of department to conduct a techfest for your own department. One intra-college culturals happens every year. That is a two day event and that's the biggest festival that happens in the college.

Fees structure is big expensive for management students. I paid around 67k for each year. And you will need another 5k for exams and other stuffs. But it is almost half for students who come through counseling. Even the hostel fees are bit higher and there is no discount for this.

There is no such loan facilities that was provided by the college. But they do accept the fees in 2 installments. And they are not very strict about paying the fees at right time. There will be a little scholarship for the donation you pay based on the marks.

Campus is more than good. You have a lot of places to hangout. The management shows equal interest in sports too. You can see students always sports that happen after the college hours. There are other competitions apart from sports that happen once in a year like rangoli, mehandi, vegetable carving, face painting and lot more.

I was a day scholar so no hostel experience. Mess food was average when I was there. But at my final year there were a couple restaurants that were opened in newly built food court. That was really good. The cost was also affordable for students and less

Official alumni gathering happens every year at college. One time it happened in chennai specifically for people works here and banglore. Experience with college seniors is specifically upto the individual. The college management wont be interfering in any way.

Exam days are well scheduled. You get enough holidays before exam for preparation. Written exams last for exactly 3 hours and you are expected to be in college just before 15 mins. Practical exams are a hectic for half of the students because there are no

Faculties are very good. They are well prepared and experienced. But sometimes they spoon feed everything just like in schools. But in my 5 years of college I have never seen one faculty who comes unprepared.
