College management is pretty moderate, cleaning, management is something college never compromises with. Security is somewhat loose, several misconducts can be seen in presence of guards.

I had to stay in Jaipur, and here for BTech, this is the most fastly growing institute in terms of placements. And the faculty here is highly qualified, moreover here the curriculum emphasizes more upon industry, which I think is need of the hour, and the infrastructure attracted me too.

The course curriculum is industry based basically, which includes one nontech subject every semester, like history, events, tech. Communication, marketing etc. Here we have the credit system, every subject has particular credits, which define the no. Of classes of that subject per week. Along with the subjects, there is "open elective" this is 3 credit subject, which you to choose, you are given a list of subjects (tech+ nontech) in which you have to mark your priority.

The college conducts several workshops, hackathon of various companies, which provides you an internship with them, eg Dell, Microsoft, and some service-based companies, other than this, the college offers you research programs, which you can opt, during summer vacations in the college.

Placement cell focuses more on quantity rather than quality, they succeed in inviting few product based companies like Microsoft, Dell etc but the placement in these are a handful. Other than this college focuses more on mass recruiters, like Capgemini, Oracle etc, which hires 100+ at one go, they organize training and placement labs too, which helps to get familiar with the hiring tests.

Events are the most attractive factor about Manipal, comprising of few very famous bands, singers, and lastly Tedx. Tedx invites great personalities for speech. Oniros- this is a 3-day event, includes dance, singing, fashion competition, inviting many colleges, which are held all day long. The DJ night(3rd day) is the most happening event. Abhivarta- this a sports event, inviting many colleges, includes various sports, followed by a DJ night. Techidate- this is a tech-fest, in which students from various colleges represent their invention followed by a DJ night. Garba night. Lohri celebration. Apart from these, there are random DJ nights, inviting very famous bands/singers.

The fee structure is expensive here, but there is a way out too, college provided the scholarship to students scoring 75%+ in 12th, other than this NRI single girl child is also provided scholarship, moreover, students belonging to the area of the college, are also provided with scholarship.

campus life is very happening, there are various clubs which boosts our social life, and helps to interact with students of other classes, courses. The gender ratio is almost there are tests for sports and technology, ie.abhivarta and tech date. They provide us with exposure, as students from various colleges are invited.

Mess food is not up to the mark, students rely upon street food mostly. Accept from the festival days, like there will be special food served on any festival, and after every DJ night. Hostel rooms are quite good and well maintained, provided with a good housekeeping facility.

Senior students are of great help if you have good contact with them. There is no ragging conducted inside the campus but in the hostel.

Exam here includes open book tests too. Knowing about which might be relaxing for once but to be honest, we wish to have closed book tests! Because here in open book test, the questions are entirely different from which we have practiced,u will keep on turning pages for all good 3 hours if u haven't prepared !! Close book tests have direct questions which are away too easier than the one in closed book, moreover this college practice scheme, in which your grades will be depending upon how your classmates are gonna perform.

For admissions in nontech. Courses and branches other than core branches, there is a first come first serve policy, all you have to do is submit the fees and you are in. For core branches, there is an online entrance test, which can be given thrice, among which best of three is considered. On completion of the test you get the scores on screen, and then you get the counseling dates accordingly. There in the counseling, you have the choice of choosing the campus, be it Jaipur, Manipal or Sikkim.
