Prestige Institute of Engineering Management and Research, Indore is one of the excellent institutes to give shape and edge to your career, which is known for its quality education. PIEMR is equipped with expert faculties which are having an average experience of 10 years, who are willing to help students at any time. And especially I want to highlight the Training and Placement Officer(TPO) of our college, Prof. Sourabh Bhattacharya, he is the heart of PIEMR, he never ignores any student whenever any student approaches him for any kind of information/ help/ guidance he always guides you, and never make you feel that you are stranger to him even if you are going to him for the first time. At last, I will say that my college is like a 2nd home for me.

The courses and exams are organized in a very good structure. The structure maintains a balanced ratio of practical labs and lectures which makes you comfortable and is actually effective and efficient for the students. The structure also includes sports lectures supervised by qualified PTIs, which boost up your physical strength and enables you to develop your qualities like leadership skills, team management etc. To enhance your entrepreneurship and industrial exposure a lot of guest lectures are being conducted which gives us a good idea that what is it that industries are looking for and what are the skills required for startup and how to develop them.

Now coming to internships and placement opportunities, when you will enter in the seventh semester, you will start getting placement opportunities with an average package of 3.5 to 4 lacs. Also, you will be getting frequent internship opportunities in the respective domain during your semester breaks and maybe in between semesters.

Our college celebrates almost all festivals with the same josh. And all prestigious get equal opportunities to take part in them. If we talk about the events, then here "URJOTSAV" is celebrated as an annual cultural festival every year which goes from 5 to 7 days. URJOTSAV itself is a package of events and competitions.

My course is Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication. The Fee structure for all branches in BE course is the same. It is INR 56,000 per year. That is for entire 4 years course it is INR 2,24,000. If you are availing bus facility then INR 10,000 will also be added per year. For the diploma course, it is INR 24,000 per year. That is for an entire 3-year course it is INR 72,000.

I have opted for two different scholarships. First one comes under Post Metric Scholarship (for OBC). Every year you will get notified to fill the forms to avail the scholarship. As per the notification, after filling a form, you have to submit various documents which are required, then college will further forward your documents on your behalf. This is how you will avail this scholarship. The second one is "Chhavi Jain" scholarship. This will be based on your yearly performance in academics. If you are pointer is above 7.5 and attendance is above 75%, you can avail for this scholarship also.

PIEMR often invites alumni in order to enhance their network with presents students. The alumni shares there past college life experience with us which includes there mistakes and decisions that they took at there time which lead them to a success or a failure so that we avoid the mistakes that they did. It helps a lot to organize and manage our college life in a much better way.

I was just exploring engineering colleges, I found this college with an affordable fee structure and the main advantage I was getting that, it is located in the city only rather than outer of the city like many other colleges. Because I don't need to give 2 to 3 hrs daily just for traveling to college and coming back. When I went to college for the first time to visit, the members of admission cell helped me to visit all the departments and made me interact with HODs of respective departments one by one. There they described me about various aspects regarding different branches of Engineering which again helped me to choose a perfect branch of my interest.

Every semester you will get a confidential feedback form, that you have filled and submit it back. In that feedback form, you have to give ratings to various faculties and write your suggestions what you want to get improved. In fact, all the faculties are very friendly in nature. If you find any difficulty during lectures, you may ask them then and there only.
