Dislikes
- Even though the teaching stategies and material are out of date , the college is still ranked fifth out of the best at AKTU . Therefore, it can't be that horrible , even though the exam format is quite stringent and rigid
- My college's engagement in fest organization is at its worst.
- Since it's hard to get a kid placed in the core, pupils begin learning to code in order to get in.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because , despite its extensive syllabus, it is relevant to my goal of becoming a data scientist. There are moments when i feel that the curriculum needs to be revised because the syllabus is out of date given current knowledge of the world . There seem to be tests every week of the semester.
Placement Experience
Because Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college is tier 3 , its average placement is between three and four lakhs per year, which is not good. The companies Wipro, Infosys , Accenture and others visited at AKGEC . Up to 34 lakh is the highest offer on campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
They college webiste has information on the cost schedule. The tuition policy has not been raised , and during the period of my studies , tuition fees have not gone up . My entire educational journey will cost about 6lakhs, including tuition, service fees, and other required costs. Government scholarships and fees waivers based on students'JEE ranking and reservations are two different names for financial aid and scholarships that are available to students. I haven't accepted the job on campus.
Campus Life
Because the majority of the staff has military experience, the college campus is a rigid and orderly place . An annual orientation session is help for first-year students to provide them with information about rules and expectations surrounding behavior. Seniors are tasked with keeping an eye on freshmen to ensure they are acting appropriately and with discipline.
Admission
I just qualify the JEE mains and UPTU exam . After that I learned about this college, filled out the counseling form , and chose to enroll in the CS program , which has annual course expenses of almost Rs.120000 . Counseling begins in September and eligibility is based on passing the JEE mains at roughly 85 percentile . Reservation have a number of advantages in accordance with government regulations. JEE mains is a challenging exam, and passing it requires PCM of the highest caliber. Since this college now uses UPTU -based counseling, separate couseling should be provided.
Faculty
My college , Ajay Kumar Garg had a very pleasant faculty. The instructors were knowledgeable in their fields and approachable which encourages us to ask questions and feel free to voice any concerns. They also always took the time to answer each student's questions in class and ensured that we understood everything they were teaching.
