- The thing I most liked in my college is its infrastructure and the social environment as it is very student friendly and the large college campus with well furnished classrooms makes it more attractive
- The faculty's knowledge and expertise in their particular subject is too good and faculty's way of teaching and mentoring quality is also lovable
- One more thing which is excellent about the college is its placements as Holkar Science college has become NAAC A++ certified its support for career development and interacting with the many companies has risen which overall increase the placements
Dislikes
- One most needed thing which has to be improved is regarding the submission of various documents throughout the academic year as it took some much time
- In sports activities also the college is too good but the training for the particular individual's game is slightly improvable
Course Curriculum Overview
• The main aspect that influenced me to choose this course is the growing carrer options in IT companies and the need of the knowledge of the computer in my day-to-day life. • Areas that can be improved is the course curriculum regarding to the timings of the classes. • Exam is conducted with a timing of 2 PM to 5 PM and difficulty level of exam is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
As of now I haven't get any internship because my college gives the paid internship opportunities to the third year students in 5th semester. Seniors told that the internship helps us too much in our overall skill development with a decent financial support.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester students eligible for campus placements. Average package is around 3.5 LPA and highest package offered is 9 LPA. Almost 40-45% of student get placed. My plans after the degree is to grab a great placement if not then currently I am also preparing for CDS examination.
Fees and Financial Aid
• The complete cost of my education including tution fees, service fees, and all other compulsory charges is ?68800 for 3 years. • Tution fees doesn't hikes rapidly but yes it hikes with a gap of a year.
Campus Life
Their is a wide range of of books and journals in the College library which is easily accessible and borrowable. Classes is held on smart boards also with the help of some animations. Opportunities in sports is good enough to represent our college in inter college tournaments.
Admission
The admission process is through the CLC rounds on the basis of marks in 12 th Board, their is a 3 CLC round process. About application form, fees and dates everything is available on college website.
Faculty
• The faculty-to-student ratio in my college is almost around 40 students per 1 faculty and it is good enough to interact with the faculty with a great learning experience. • Faculty's teaching methodologies with different ways which is easily understandable and their mentorship ability over a student is very amazing and impactful.
