The specific aspect that influenced my decision was one of my brothers who was already a student at the college. The challenge I faced during my time of study in college was never giving up, which helped me in the real world with a never-give-up attitude. In my point of view, the college needs no improvement in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The exam difficulty level most of the time depends on paper sets, Most of the time if a student knows all the answers then the time duration is not sufficient.

The only company name I remember is TCS which provides internship opportunities with placements. However, there is Bansal group which also provides internships and job opportunities for many good students.

The college has tie-ups with many companies like TCS. Most of the students were placed during their studies in the last semester. The average package a student can get is between 3 to 8 lacs. In addition, In our CS department, 50 per cent of students were selected in 2013. I passed my degree in 2015, and since then I have worked in many companies. My plan is simple to find a good company and work there as long as the company thinks I have the potential to run its business smoothly and find myself in a management position in the upcoming 5 years.

The complete tuition fee including other charges was between 3 to 4 lac. Moreover, the available scholarships are MP government for SC, ST, and OBC students. Unfortunately, I haven't taken any job roles, responsibilities and stipends awarded during my time in BIST.

The college has a big campus that makes it easier for students to relax during their time in lunch break. In addition, it has a big library with all the relevant books available for students. Unfortunately, there were no social clubs during my college days from 2009 to 2015. However, There was a college cricket team that won many awards. Lastly. My overall experience was great because of the support I had received from my college friends and faculties.

the admission process was provided by PET, and to take the exam you have to first fill out the PET form online, If you belong to ST, SC, or OBC category you can get admission to good colleges with minimum marks. The aspect that I did not like was the long wait in the admission process. However, To get admission to BIST I scored 64 on the PET exam. The eligibility was 45 per cent in the 12th standard, In addition, the admission process has already been changed since the time I took it in 2009.

The college has many effective points regardless of its ranking based on placement provider. However, The faculty's qualifications were off the chart because most were PhD holders and Past BHEL upper management employees. The effectiveness of their teaching method was helpful to students who has less potential and knowledge to complete their degree. In addition, The college provides free time to connect with the faculties in case any student has any doubts. Lastly, All the faculties are proven mentorship if they have seen potential in the student.
