Course Curriculum Overview
Some time the semester is of 3-4 month and some times it is of 5-6 month, it all depends on the dean academics of the collage. This the autonomous college so the academic exam schedule much differ from AKTU exam schedule. The level of exam is sometimes or some times moderate. The syllabus of the academic is same as the syllabus of the AKTU.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure here is such that the Electrical and Information Technology branch is self-financed, that is why the fees of these two branches are higher than other branch.The Electrical and Information Technology branch is about 80-85 thousand per year while the fees of the other branches is 65000 per year. Do the students who have the income certificate of less than the criteria they got the scholarship and many of the students get the scholarship in this college. SC ST candidate get more scholarship than other category.
Campus Life
The infrastructure here is good but some of the buildings are old but they are repaired every year so that they remain fine. There are total 7 hostels for boys and total 7 for girls.Each branch has its own separate departmental building Every year a technical fest is organized here in the name of inovenva.Library facility is available for children. Anyone who wishes can go to the library and study by showing their card. Each subject has its own separate lab facility. All controls for sports are in the hand of seniors and faculty. There is one council and four sub-councils which organize their events once or twice a year. Different sports events are organized every year.
Admission
Admission in this college is through jee Mains exam.The cut off of Computer Science and Information Technology branch is higher than other branches and the cut off of Electronics and Communication also remains almost the same, the cutoff of the mechanical, civil and chemical is lesser. To take admission in this college, one has to attend the counseling of AKTU. To take admission in this college, one has to attend the counseling of AKTU which is included.AKTU counseling is held every year after Jossa and csab. This is the state level counciling. Other state candidate can also apply for this counciling
Faculty
1:40 is the faculty to students ratio in BIET JHANSI. All faculty members have the many years of the experience of teaching. All faculty members have the heigher educational qualification. Faculty is so much supportive.sport facility is not so good.
