B.Com usually acts as a good combination when paired with professional courses like Chartered Accountancy, Chief Financial Officer, Cost & Management Accounting, and Company Secretary. bcom involves a lot of subjects

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available for the first 200 students getting 90% in the best of 5 subjects in class 12. There are various internships offered by the college which will help to earn stipends. The overall cost of education reaches to about 4.5 to 5 lakhs.

Campus Life

Almost every week we have technical & presentation meetings. In every festival, we would also have a cultural celebration in our college. But besc is famous for its umang held once a year in winter. In which celebration comes & perform

Admission

There was no problem in the application process, it was smooth. No entrance exams were required in this process. The application forms are available on the respective college website. Govt colleges are free of cost in case of application forms wherein pvt college charges a minimal fee.

The faculty is experienced and well-educated as well. They have lot of in-depth knowledge regarding the subjects and the topics in the syllabus. Their teaching style is very simple so that students can easily comprehend the topic.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
