LNMIIT college review

I was already interested in mechanical engineering btech since many years plus LNMIIT's mechanical branch stands apart from other colleges. THe faculty of mechanical branch is just amazing, so helpful and supportive towards students learning. The avg package and placement in mechanical engineering is just unmatched as compared to other colleges.

LUCIP is the undergrad internship program that can be opted for in semmer term on various topics under various professors. for eg, Robotic arm, machine learning as examples. being a first year student i havent has an internship experience yet.

From 5th semester a student is eleigible to sit for placements. Average package for cse is 14.72lpa and highest is 50.96lpa.Students placed full time is 396 . placement rate is 9.61%. and around 450offers were made in the year 2023. I would proably sit for a placement in core mech rather in tech or might as well go for further studies.

tuition fees for new batches is increasing every year by about 10%. plus the semester fee increases every sem too. The fees is the o nly thing that bothers a middle class family to admit in this college. the complete course of 4 year btech in anybranch at lnmiit is for now 24.47 lakhs which is very high as compared to other colleges. 9.8+ cgpa gets 35000per sem scholarship, 9.5+ 30k, 9.25+ 25k. Summer internships are provided by the college.

Vivacity is our annual cultural fest, Plinth is the tech fest, and dosportivos is the sports fest and they all take place in jan or feb of every year. The central library provides a variety of jounals. classroms are technologically armed for better experience. Sports is a promoted aspect of our college but could be more encouraged is what i feel. The best part of the college is the clubs. You will get a club for almost all type of activites from cult to tech eveything.

Rooms have centralised AC, and come with bed mattress curtains cupboared study table chair. 2 seater, 1 seater rooms are ost common. BH also has 3 seater rooms. There are 5 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel. Mess food is better then other colleges as worth eating. menu is regulated time to time. Renting a room or PG is not allowed. It is a completely residential campus.

Eligibility was totally JEE mains score based, cse39k, cce50k, ece 61k, me 98k rank. All the application related details are there on the website LNMIIT.ac.in. No reseravtion benefits making it fair for every student. Semester tenure ranges from 2-5 months depending on the course length and number of subjects. Midsems and ENdsems are held every semester. 6 rounds of counselling takes place after JEE mains result is announced.

As far as it is about faculty they are very interactive with the students. Faculty being able to live in the campus is very approachable by students. Students can mail the professor regarding any query and it is answered within day and the problem is solved. the facult student ratio is 1:5. We can interact with teachers almost anytime we want to during working hours.
