Likes
- The faculty expertise are good and also there teaching methods are very helpful. I liked the relationship mentors build with the students which gives them confidence to interact with the mentors without any hesitation and most of them are very helpf
- The regularity of lectures and supportive nature of teachers as well as HOD's is a bless.
- Individual labs are there for each subject and the are very much in use by conducting regular practical classes with proper guidance. Talking about the infrastructure of the labs, the are fully air-conditioning and with proper instruments and device.
Dislikes
- The irregularities of conducting exams and also the results makes trouble because it leads to take a session out of track and hence student didn't get time to cover up the mess created by this kind of irregularities.
- Cultural activities like fest and other events like hackathon, coding events are not held in this college.
- Placement are not provided by the college so far which is very disappointing. Same thing goes for internships. These are essential for any student who is pursuing btech.
Course Curriculum Overview
The decision to take this course is my interest in coding and making a good career and as soon as I got this college I started Bulding it with good mentorship. Teaching methods are good but some more interesting events and practical related to this course could give a boost to learning. The only thing which is a huge trouble is timing of exams . The exam schedule of this college is always out of track and always they held them late so the results are also late and so the session which is a massive problem that needs to be solved though the difficulty level is moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no such hikes in the rates of tution fee. Average b-tech course semester fee is 30,000 including tution, service fees. Hostle, transportation and exams fees are separate. Which is I think a decent and affordable fee . There are scholarships for the reservation catagory as well as for girls and sports kota. There is no such thing like campus employment or stipend award in college.
Campus Life
There are rarely any annual or technical festival in the college. Library contains books and journals which are sufficient for the course . Sports fest are held every year in which inter branch and inter college both categories takes place including indoor games ,tech talks and seminars etc. There are clubs related to dance, music, art and craft, tech, coding, business etc run by students. social media pages and groups which helps to interact and indulge students more in college activities.
Admission
REAP exam is conducted for admission process of this course in any college of Rajasthan. REAP exam score decide the allotment of seats in college of this particular course.12th percentage should be 70% or more or JEE score should be 70% in physics, chemistry, maths to get the direct admission . Faculty
The interaction between students and teachers are very often because of helping and supporting nature of the teachers. Also the efforts given by them to approach each and every single student is also good for example form giving any information on whatsaap college groups to sharing notes etc and by taking atmost steps to interact with each student Aby regularly taking vivas, doubt classes , tests etc.
