The college management is lead by our superwoman Dr.Mona Kelshikar. College is under AHEMDABAD EDUCATION SOCIETY. The management is sound and co-operative and very helpful.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is according to the government of Gujarat.HLCC comes under Gujarat University and exam structure is according to the university. However by 2020 college will be independent to frame its own exam structure and it's has been permitted by Government. Along with this, there is an internal exam also.
Placement Experience
This is the only college of B.Com which provides direct placements. Many companies like TCS, Gheewala, Rc capital etc. recruit the students through direct interview. If you passed the interview, jobs would be in your hand by the completion of B.Com. The condition for recruitment is that there should not be any AT/KT in any semester.
College Events
HLCC expression - A culture fest. Where all the students enjoy and participate. In it, various programs like dancing, singing, fashion show etc are arranged. Awards like Mr.HLCC, Ms.HLCC etc are awarded. Beside this HLCC MUN is another program which is famous in whole Gujarat. Besides these various events and program are arranged by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is grant-in-aid. Therefore the fees are according to rules and regulations. The admission fee is rupees 500 and per semester 1200 for boys and 600 per girl is there. There is a low expense compared to other colleges. Around 2000 is administration expense for the year.

The college gives the yearly scholarship to needy one. There are many scholarship schemes available. The fee assistance is provided to the poor students.MG scholarship is also awarded to the students. The process of applying is online. The college has its own website through which all details about college and scholarship and attendance information are available.
Campus Life
The college provides tremendous infrastructure. Free Wi-Fi facilities are available. There is a computers lab. The library is enriched with more than 10000 books. A big playground is available. There are canteen facilities. The cleanliness of college is just awesome.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, there is an alumni association in college. Many events and program are sponsored by Alumni association. Water room is built by Alumni association. Senior and alumni are really helpful.
Admission
Admission is on merit-based. Usually, the admission process starts in June month. There is reservation according to gov. Criteria.If you are from an open category you at least need 80%. After provisional merit is declared and there is document verification. After the final merit list if you are selected fee is to be paid within stipulated time and college inform you about this through SMS.
Faculty
The faculty of colleges is just awesome. The professors here are highly qualified and enriched with knowledge. They are kind as well as strict. They are always ready to help and guide the students, but they all hate indiscipline. In each subject, there are minimum 3 teachers available. The students of HLCC get tremendous exposure.
