Course Curriculum Overview
I want to take IT jobs and so this college is well known for its placement in IT Industry. But My jee rank is not eligible for IT that's why I choose ECE here. The curriculum of ECE is quite good and solved practical problems but the schedule is very hectic here. As there is continuous Evaluation, the frequency of exams are very high.The ECE curriculum is not so easy . It consist of many labs and project works.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internships and roles offered under internships present like summer Internships in ECE, IT(Un paid).In IT , you have many options like machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Software Enginnering projects. In ECE, You have options like Digital System Design, Circuit,Digital Signal Processing Project, Wirelesss Communication Projects. Here you have roles of professors TA, manger of labs etc openings present.
Placement Experience
This College is name only for its quite good placements for BTech course. you can check form the official website of IIIT Allahabad. Due to Recession this year, the campus placement is decrease from the previous Year. IT:-95 % students are placed ECE:-90% students are placed
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee per semester:-90000 (approx), Mess fee:-23000 (per semester), Hospitality charges, hostel charges, and others are included in the tuition fee here. If you are SC/st, then you will get more opportunities for scholarship. if you are an OBC student, you will get some scholarships from central government schemes(like PM Yasasvi). There is no campus emplyement here.

Hostel Facilities
Girls Hostels are present inside IIIT Campus. and Boys Hostels are out of campus. For First Year Student:- double bed room are allow (BH-5 building) For 2nd, 3rd, 4th Students:- double bed room and single bed room are available The quality of hostel and mess service is quite good for first year students , butfor other senior students , the qualities degraded.
Admission
The admission process is not so difficult. You have to appear for jee mains. Last year Jee-main Cutoff:- IT:- above 99.5 percentile for General ECE:-above 99 percentile for general IT-BI:- above 99.6 percentile for general
Faculty
All faculty members are well qualified they have all qualified for the GATE Exams and graduated from top IITs, and IIITs. All done their Ph. D.s from well IITs. They are well-approachable to students. They are always ready to solve the problems of students.
