Course Curriculum Overview
So basically I am studying electrical engineering from this college . First of all at my rank I was getting this . But after studying electrical subjects I find it interesting. One thing I want to say that our curriculum are old so I think new curriculum should be design. So basically in one semester there is two exams called mid sem and end sem . Questions are not that tough but you have to study professor notes thoroughly to get good marks .
Internships Opportunities
Many company visit for internship like de shaw,atlassian, Flipkart etc . All students who have skill can get internship . For internship one should have done CP and DSA to get intership . Our college provide both 2 month and 6 month internship opportunity.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like atlassian, Wells Fargo and many other big companies comes for campus placement. higjest package as of now is 83 lpa by atlassian and average package overall is 14 lpa. In 2023 total percentage of placed student was 99%.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fee for complete btech is about 8 lac . But their are scholarship available on the basis of income . So if your family income is less than 1 lac then you will get complete tution fee remission. And if your family income is between 1 to 5 lac then you will get 2/3 tution fee remission . Also their are diffrent types of scholarship available.
Campus Life
So basically there are cultural and technical fest in our college . Technical fest is known as ojàss which is Asia second largest fest. So we have fully ac classroom which is better than many nits .all facilities are available in classroom. There are many technical and cultural club in our college. Like drift, revanta , daksh , phoinix , LDS etc
Hostel Facilities
So in first year we have two seater room in which we have two beds , one table chair , two almirah. Mess food initially was good but now it is not that good . Registration will be done in the day of admission . Price for one year hostel is 30000.
Admission
For btech course one have to clear jee mains exam with good percentile to get admission . For CSE more than 99 %ile and for ece 98.5 and for ee 98 . If you belong to OBC , sc , st then you will get in less percentile .
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is good . And enough teachers are available for teaching. All faculty members are highly qualified and have done their masters and PHD from NITs and IITs. They always try to make subjects clear to every student. You can enjoy their teaching. Some teachers are that good but many are good .
