Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is well planned as if seen from IT point of view but for a person who is interested in core branches it could have been more better as most of the thing of the core are included in 3rd year only.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Placements are good enough but more dependent on your branch and also the situation of vacancies in different sectors which may vary year to year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The complete cost is nearly 1.3 lakhs per semester which include tution fee of 1 lakh and remaining includes hostel and mess fees and any other medical fees etc.Scholarships are also provided for economically weaker sections

Campus Life

There are different clubs and societies ensuring proper development of the student as per his interest. There are three main inter college fest separate for cultural,sports and technical.There are good amount of books present in the library and you can easily access them.

Hostel Facilities

There is proper menu planned at the start of every month and is mostly the same. The hygiene of hostels is well maintained and all the issues are addressed properly. The meal quality is decent. Single room is provided for every student.

Hostel Fee: INR 19000 per year

Admission

To be eligibile for this course you should have cleared JEE advanced examination with a good score and can choose the branch as per your score.There is reservation for OBC/SC/ST and girls quota for the seats available.

Faculty

It has the faculties who have completed PhD from a good college in their respective subjects.The faculty to student ratio is also good enough. Way of teaching is different for different faculty and most of them is good.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

My college life

I choose this college since this is most reputated college in india and IIT is dream of many students in india. I tried to many iits which are better than this but my jee advanced rank made me to come here this is the best affordable college for my rank in the jee advanced 2025 exam. The admission fees after getting admission is 3800 rupees. The cutoff of 2025 for my year is approximately 9000-9400 in all india. Iam proud to being an IITian.
