No, not any bad remark. Everything is good here but once you are here you are supposed to get used to with the college hectic schedule.

Placements are still going on and 80% of the students are placed in high profiled companies like Nestle, Aditya Birla, J.K Papers, J.K Tyres, MRF Tyres, College Dunia, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, and many more. Some International companies like Indicaa Group, Khimji Ramdas also visit for placement. The highest placement offered is Rs. 1400000 and the average are Rs. 550000. For summer internship also companies like Aditya Birla, Tommy Hilfiger, Future Group, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Jara Education, and many more companies come.

Campus life is amazing here. Lots of projects, presentations, assignments are given, Industry Visits are also done in the companies like Coca- Cola, Amul to give us Industry best exposure and make us corporate ready. Gender Ratio is 1:1 i.e- no gender disparity here. Students from different regions are all here. Extracurricular activities like sports day event, fest, hackathon, cultural club activity, finance club activity, HR club activity, literary club activities are organized by the various club coordinators and all gives good experience in exposures to the students to gain confidence.

Yes, Alumni network with the college is really good. Every month once Alumni come to interact with us and share their experiences and corporate exposure.

Admission

Yes, I have got the admission in the college. For admission process once should go for any of the entrance tests like MAT, GMAT, CAT, ATMA or CMAT and after this GD and PI process is done.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

I applied for Rajagiri in Kerala and got into it, then was waiting for MHCET but the results kept on getting delayed, then I also got into JIMS, BIMTECH as well but due to budgetary issues and placements the best option was JIMS. I wanted to get into symbiosis but my Snap score wasn't that great. NMAT also my marks were good but not that good for taking admissions in top 3 colleges of narsee munji. The admission process of JIMS is very simple, you just have to apply through their website and pay the application fees, then you will get the mail for documents such as 10th, 12th marksheet, CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/SNAP (whichever is applicable), graduation certificate/degree, work experience certificate(in case), copy of application form and admit card for Campus tour, GD, PI process which happens on 1 day. For those living in Delhi and NCR can go and visit the campus for these process , and for those outside of DELHI NCR can give the process online. Within 2-3 days you will get the mail for the results. Then after few weeks you will have to pay 1st installment fees to secure you seat in that course....Read More

I got admission to 2 colleges IITM Janakpuri and Jims Rohini, and I opted for Jims because of the ranking + placement records, and more profound environment like it's known for PGDM so that alumnus is also very good. Which we can reach out to in future for professional guidance.
