Course Curriculum Overview
Exam structures are good. It has a semester system with two semesters in one year. It has also selection test before our university exams to test that if we are eligible to that university tests. Yes, it is relevant to the research course and I can research if I do higher studies.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good if you can pass out with a first class marks.you can do higher studies in famous universities and get jobs at research centers.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in our college like freshers for new students. cultural competition.drama competitions..indoor games competition..football league..cricket league..badminton league...poster painting independence day annual social republic day Saraswati puja and more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We have to give around 35000 per year...we can give it either at a time or can give in EMI...actually my course has a more admission fee because this subject is mainly based on lab works..there are also some arrangements of concession for poor students
Fees and Financial Aid
Yesi have opted scholarship of education loan. The criteria are I have to score 60%+ marks and after a few months, the money will transfer in my account which can help me in my studies.
Campus Life
Gender ration is almost the same labs are fantastic. Our facilities are also good and cooperative and sports competition are celebrated in a very colorful manner. We all eagerly wait for our sports competition all over the year also much other competition is held like debates dances etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are very helpful and polite to juniors. They always try to help juniors..we are like friends to each other.
Admission
I fill the admission form then I shortlisted among many students. They gave us a date to verify our documents. It was a long queue after verifying I pay my admission fees and they gave me their fees book and I officially admitted to Asutosh college under Calcutta University in microbiology honors course.
Faculty
The faculty is very good. There are at least four teachers for every subject. There are also lab assistants in every lab. Every faculty are very helpful and caring to the students. They always try to solve our problem. They are very friendly to us. They also encourage us to do other social activities.
