Well considering about the negative thing is that the college has a deficit of faculty but leaving that it is always considered as a good university producing many Jwells like Sub as Bose and I'm being a proud student of this university.

It's the only university in Odisha providing Regular as well as self-financing courses. You can choose B.Sc ITM, IST, COMPUTER SCIENCE, BBA, ETC, JMC as self-financing courses as well as other regular courses like BSc, BA, BCOM etc. Yes, we have a CBCS (Choice based credit system) syllabus. So we have to attend 2 semesters per year. One odd sem in December and even one in April.

No, there is no internship for any postgraduate or undergraduate student but it has an internship program for the Ph.D. students and there is a certain advertisement which is regularly published on the website. Striped was fixed and depend upon the department. Yes, it has good placement and job opportunities. There are a variety of companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, THYROCARE, TECH MAHINDRA, DELOITTE etc which select many students from the university.

Our college celebrates our annual convocation day as well as the 5-day cultural program on every year between January and February month. During this time every hostel also celebrates their function as well.

Yes for regular courses it is feasible. It costs only 2000 rupees as admission fees and the readmission is only 1500 rupees at most having semester fees. But self-financial courses have a high course fee like 45000per annum.

No, there is no certain particular scholarship but each scholarship which was offered by the government of Odisha we can apply through the scholarship section of the university. There is a regular notice about this.

Yes, lab facility is always good as in chemistry Dept we have certain costly instruments like UV, NMR, MASS etc. Sports facilities are also good as we have 2 major OCA approved playgrounds and a basketball and football field. Again we have also 2 indoor stadia inside the campus.

Yes, we have a page on the university website where the old student cab joins as the alumni of the university. And it's being a pleasure to be a part of the panel. Yes, they are very helpful and advising us.

First of all the university has its own application form and you have to register on that through online by the university website. Then you have to wait for the release of 1st merit list and if you selected you can get the admission. Neither you have to wait for further publishing of merit lists.

Yes, it was a big issue. In Odisha, every college has the same problem of faculty requirements. But Ravenshaw university has a lot of professors in chemistry. But in another department Ike geology, there is only one permanent faculty. So this was a great issue.
