Course Curriculum Overview

The exams conducted are very nice. The system of the course is well specified and sufficient enough for a btech student to gain knowledge in his/her perspective branch.They conduct mid term exams also where you can check how much syllabus you have covered.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are very nice and good.From seniors we got to know that the university provides internship in different sectors which helps the students to gainore knowledge and enrich in their sectors.

Placement Experience

The placement here is perfect. They also provide internship opportunities to all the students who have an interest in perspective fields. The highest package is 72lakhs and the average package is 5.5lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The University provides scholarships to all the students whose names are there in the rank holders list. They also conduct an exam called nptel where one can get money if he/she gets elite. There are many scholarship opportunities of those students whose family background is poor. The total tution fee for 4 years is 4lakh.

Campus Life

The campus is greenery everywhere. It has nice environment which helps the students to refresh their mind nicely for better mindset .The environment is clean and fresh and also well-maintained structure. Sports meet are conducted.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very good with nice safety measures.the guards here behave very well and they keep us safely no matter what.They also helps us if we face any difficulties in hostel.The hostels are well maintained and clean.

Admission

The admission process is through merit or through exams names jee or iem exams which is being conducted.one have to score nice percentage in his/her own 12th standard for getting admission in this college.

Faculty

Faculty there are very good.They help us in different various difficulties we face.They also help us in research papers if we want to issue.They help us to cover up our syllabus and clear all our doubts easily.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

I have not applied to any other colleges. UEM is the first college where i had applied for the first and last time. I chose this college as it is the closest from my home where i did not have to live in hostel. Secondly it has decent placements. Lastly i saw many positive reviews about the college that it is one of the best private colleges in the eastern region of india.
