- Greenery, the college is very green. It feels nice when you go out
- All facilities are there, like in hostels if there is a problem they'll sort it out within a day
- Faculty is nice, they wanna help the student but they are a more biased towards south indian students especially Tamil

- The college is very strict, there are too many rules and if you don't follow them, they won't let you go easy
- The curriculum, the subjects that they give in a single semester are really tough.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted to go in the technical field and this college is a really good place for people like me to enhance their coding skills. There's a lot of technical clubs which can help you reach your goal. This college needs improvement in bringing more diverse staff. Majority of the faculty here is from south and they sometimes don't listen to you. The examination system is here is a little hard. We have two midsems called cat1 and cat2 and then there's endsem fat. Each having a gap of almost a month.
Fees and Financial Aid
There's no hike in tuition fees, the category you get when choosing the branch is what you'll have to pay every year. The hostel prices keep increasing every year tho. The average complete cost here is around 15-20 lakhs
Campus Life
Two fests are held in a year, one is a technical called techno vit and the other one is cutural called vibrance. Library has a big collection and you can get the book you want anytime during the library hours which are from morning 9am to night 11:30 pm. All the sports are available here and you can take part in any.
Hostel Facilities
Every thing is available in the room, but you're not allowed to take food from outside inside the hostel. Meal quality is not so great and menu changes every month. For hostel in first year you can choose what you want but the next year, you have to take part in hostel counseling and you get your preference based on your rank.
Admission
To apply for this college you have to give and entrance exam called VITEEE and all the application details are present on vit website. The exams are after every month. There's two midsems and one endsem. midsem 1 is easy since the syllabus is less and it's the starting. Midsem 2 is very hard, it's open book but nothing comes from the book. Endsems are moderate, you'll pass easily but scoring high is difficult.
Faculty
Since the college is in south India, majority part of professors are from south only and they are more biased towards south Indian students. You can talk to any professor anytime really, the interaction is really easy and if you have a problem they usually help you in solving it.
