Likes
- Campus is huge and full of greenery. One can never get a feeling of being trapped here. It's just so fresh and reviving.
- Campus has a central Library along with different deaprtmental libraries. These libraries contain lots of books which really help the students a lot.
- Faculty is amazing. Teachers have great knowledge and they are always ready to help the students.
Dislikes
- Washrooms need to be cleaned and doors of washrooms must be repaired.
- Water supply is inconsistent. Drinking water must be available to everyone at anytime of the day.
- Seats of few classrooms are broken which need to be mended.
Course Curriculum Overview
Almost all of the basic courses are present in the University like B.Sc. , B. Com. , etc. Teaching methods may be little improved by providing the notes and study materials on time and slowing down the pace of teaching in class with the help of slides
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees is pretty good as it is a state government based university. U.P Scholarship is provided to most of the students which usually pays almost all the amount of tuition fees. I don't know much about campus emplyment and all but overall the salary provided is pretty good amount.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good of course. They have lots and lots of clubs and communities to be joined by the interested studens. Some of these clubs include Deekshant, Aaroh, etc. Books are easily accessible from the libraries. Every classroom is well-maintained and have facilities like A.C, projector, Smart Boards, etc. Sports and other curricular activities are also we'll supported by the campus. It has clubs like NCC, R&R, etc.
Hostel Facilities
I personally live in a rented accomodation. We have to prepare our own food. We're just provided with a room and washroom, not even a seperate kitchen. Me and my roommate share the room. Since we prepare our own food, it is quiet decent and simple.
Admission
Admission process was pretty much convenient. Students just have to pass a simple entrance exam and your seat is secured. Question paper is quiet simple and if one has payed even the slightest attention on his / her studies, he/she would crack it for sure. It's just that the results must be announced sooner.
Faculty
Faculty members are well-educated with each one having a Phd degree. They are full of knowledge and are always ready to help the students. The teacher-student ratio is perfect with one teacher for a batch of 40 students. Overall regarding studies and teachers, everything is nice.
