Course Curriculum Overview
First year is more about general engineering subjects, there is less number of subjects regarding computer engineering, from 2 nd year computer courses starts. But there have several other electronic subjects also. Curriculum is based on the fundamental of the subjects. We can select elective for current demand. We have 2 mid semester exams and one end sem exam. Difficulty level is high in all the exams.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided by companies like tatva soft, convergesol , solid brains etc. at web developer, data analyst, app development. On the. Other hand many students find their internships themselves and place there
Placement Experience
From the 7th sem internship and placement preparation started in college. TCS, tatva soft, etc. companies visited. Majory ahemdabad based companies visited. Average package is around 4.5 lakh and highest was 12 lpa. Around 80% are pkaced . I want to placed after completing my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Around 8k-10k they are charging from us, including tution fee, Library fer,electricity etc. tution fee is 3000. There is scholarship program driven by allumines for the needy students. The fee hike is nothing much.
Campus Life
We have major institute function which is named UDAAN held in march. Technical festivals like Knowhow held in December -january. Sports week is also there.Many journal are available and most of the books are available in Library. But we have to take early otherwise they all have borrowed. There are several clubs and societies like coding, astronomy, photography,IEEE.. they are very helpful for students who take part in their events and personal growth of the members of the society.
Admission
I have took admission through ACPC committee in round 3, which is last round.My rank was 1651 in Gujrat state. Beacuse tge computer course is GIA. So the cutoff is high .yes there are reservation benefits.
Faculty
Class size is around 90. But every teacher gives opportunity to ask their doubts and questions. If we are not willing to ask in class we can ask in personal also. Faculty is very supportive and helpful. I often interact with faculties
