Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As a law student at Alliance University, I find the subjects that I am studying as very relevant to my career as an aspiring lawyer. Moreover, they focus on reading books rather than guides for studying law.

Placement Experience

3.5

The students get eligible during their 5th year for placement for BALLB and BBALLB courses and in their 3rd year for LLB course. So far reputed companies like Khaitan and Co have recruited th students. The highest package was ?1600000 PA and average is ?85000 PA.

Fees and Financial Aid

I as a law student at Alliance University is paying ?300000 per annum as tution fee. However, there is a rebate system prevailing in the university. It's called early bird rebate. Usually the college fees is ?300000 per annum. However, with early bird rebate it reduces to ? 240000. Such rebate facilities is also available in hostel fees which varies accordingly. The university also provides scholarship based on scores of CLAT and LSAT exam .

Campus Life

4

The infrastructure of the campus is quite appealing. The lush green campus that provides for a healthy environment that facilitates studies. There are clubs and research centres for the development of students.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The hostel rooms are quite spacious. It is with attached washroom. The meal quality is quite appealing compared to other other hostels and PG facilities. The rooms are cleaned once a week and washrooms are cleaned twice a day. The hostel fees are as follows: Triple occupancy: ?84000 for 6 months Double occupancy: ?93000 for 6 months Single occupancy: ? 105000 for 6months This is about on campus hostel. The rates of off- campus hostels vary differently

Admission

Students who wish to join could find the application form in the official website of Alliance University. The shortlisted students have to clear Alliance University entrance exam and an interview for admission

Faculty

3.5

I as a student have nice interaction with my faculty members. They also help me publish papers as a law student in reputed journals on interesting topics. The most important of them is that they teach me how to be independent.

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.

The worst they are very unfair the faculties leak the question papers for money and take money from students under the table for clearing their backlogs nd for year back. Most faculties are worthless they don't kn how to teach or explain they discriminate on the basis of ethnicity.
