- Faculties present in college is very helpful and much experienced
- Facilities provided are best as college have clean and fullfilled labs
- Campus was quite good and big and as the patient load is more students get best clinical exposures
Dislikes
- Some benches in tha classes are broken and not maintained
- In histology labs the slides are not clear instead of this some are broken also
- The way of taking attendance is quite old instead of presence of biometric
Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS is a very tough course as the syllabus was so long and have to complete in a short duration of 5.5 years . The number of books in this course is 19 which is so tough to clear and along with this clinical exposures and self maintenance is also required
Internships Opportunities
As per NMC guidelines the college on its own have to provide the internship opportunities for the students. So the college provides internship in its attached 24 hospital for 1.5 year . The students are also given stipend collectively
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fee for the first year including the admission fee depends on the category and gender of the candidate. As first year fee for general boy candidate is 1,13,600 and as for general girl / OBC /SC/ST the fee is 49,800.
Campus Life
The campus is so big and clean it has a medical College and also have 24 attached hospital in the city . It also has one of the oldest library which is full of facilities and have lot of journals and approximately all books related to medical science
Admission
The candidate must have to clear the NEET exam with a good rank which also depends on the category as in state quota the cutoff of NEET 2023 for general boy was 667 for general girl/OBC 666 and much less for SC and ST
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is quite good as we can see the number of professor in an department averagely is 15-20 and number of residents ranges from 25-30 on about 250 students. The way they interact with students was also quite impressive.
